II ยท Escrow
Close the deal without trusting the other side.
Both parties fund into Vaultify. We confirm every written condition, and only then release the asset to the buyer and the funds to the seller.
What we hold in escrow
Two kinds of deals,
one discipline.
Crypto and OTC escrow
For OTC trades, token purchases and asset acquisitions paid in digital assets or dollars.
- On chain confirmation standards agreed in writing
- Identity and sanctions screening on both parties
- Blockchain analytics on incoming wallets
- Release only against confirmed conditions
Historical asset escrow
For private sales of rare coins, manuscripts, early Bitcoin artifacts, memorabilia and bullion.
- Inspection or third party grading before release
- Chain of custody and photographed intake
- Insured transport arranged and disclosed per deal
- Option to keep the piece in the Vault after closing
The escrow sequence
Conditions first.
Release last.
Terms
Buyer, seller and Vaultify sign written escrow instructions with every release condition spelled out.
Funding
The buyer funds escrow and the seller delivers the asset, or its control, to Vaultify.
Verification
We confirm the conditions: on chain confirmations, inspection results, title documents and approvals.
Settlement
Funds go to the seller and the asset to the buyer on the same verified release, with a closing statement for both.
Disputes
When the parties disagree, the vault stays shut.
If conditions are contested, Vaultify holds the escrowed value as the escrow instructions provide until the parties give joint written instructions or a court or arbitrator directs a release. We do not decide who is right.
Escrow fees are quoted per mandate based on size, asset type and inspection requirements. See Fees.

By appointment
Open an escrow.
Share the deal size, the asset and the timeline. We will send draft escrow instructions for both sides to review.
