I ยท Paymaster and Settlement

A neutral receiver for every trade payout.

When a payout arrives, someone has to receive it, count it, take only the agreed fee, and send the rest exactly where you said. That is the whole job, done the same way every time.

The service

What a Vaultify paymaster mandate covers.

  • Receipt of USDT or other approved assets into a dedicated or ledgered wallet or account named in your Settlement Addendum.
  • Recording of every successful tranche with its date, amount, transaction ID and fees.
  • Fee deduction only of the fees and charges disclosed in your agreement.
  • Disbursement in USDT to approved destinations, or conversion to dollars when you elect it in writing.
  • Activity statements after each disbursement on request.

Fees

Paymaster Fee1.5%

Of the gross amount of each Successful Receipt. Each tranche is calculated once; splitting it later does not create a second fee.

Conversion Fee2.0%

Of the amount actually converted to fiat, measured at the provider’s execution value. No fee on amounts not converted.

Third party chargesAt cost

Network, exchange and bank charges pass through only when disclosed in advance, with no markup.

The Paymaster Fee applies to the full receipt. The Conversion Fee applies only to the share you convert.

How it works

From payout to delivery.

I

Master agreement

We complete onboarding and sign a Master Paymaster and Settlement Services Agreement.

II

Settlement Addendum

Each trade gets its own addendum naming the receiving wallet, network, confirmation standard, fees and destinations.

III

Successful Receipt

The tranche is credited and confirmed to the agreed standard. Pending or returned transfers do not count.

IV

Verified release

Your written instruction is confirmed by callback and a second approver, then disbursed or converted.

Vaultify does not arrange or guarantee the underlying trade, and a party sending a payout does not become a party to your agreement. Vaultify may delay or decline a receipt, conversion or disbursement that is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized or subject to a legal, sanctions or provider restriction.
