Company status
Vaultify Settlement LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with offices at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, Suite 800, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. Vaultify provides each service only where it is authorized to do so under applicable law or where an exemption applies. Before you sign, Vaultify will identify the licenses, registrations, custodians and providers that apply to your mandate. Nothing on this website states or implies that Vaultify holds any particular license.
Not a bank
Vaultify is not a bank, trust company, broker dealer or investment adviser. Value held through Vaultify is not a bank deposit, is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any government agency, and earns no interest or yield.
Scope of services
Vaultify acts as a limited, non discretionary paymaster, escrow agent and custody coordinator under written agreements. Vaultify does not select, arrange, negotiate or guarantee any trade or transaction, does not invest, lend or trade client assets, and does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. A person who sends a payout to Vaultify does not become a party to the client’s agreement merely by making that payment.
Custody and service providers
Digital assets are held with the qualified custodians, banks, exchanges and payment providers identified in each client agreement or Settlement Addendum, and are subject to those providers’ terms, security controls and availability. Physical assets are stored with depository partners. Insurance, where provided, is arranged and disclosed for each mandate and is subject to the terms, limits and exclusions of the applicable policy.
Digital asset risks
- Digital asset prices can change rapidly, and conversion values depend on market conditions at the time of execution.
- Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. A transfer to an incorrect address may be permanently lost.
- Stablecoins may lose their peg, be frozen by their issuer, or become subject to new legal restrictions.
- Laws governing digital assets and stablecoins are changing and may affect the availability of services.
Compliance reviews and holds
Vaultify completes identity, beneficial ownership, sanctions, source of funds and transaction reviews before accepting value and may request more information at any time. Vaultify may delay, reject, suspend or decline any receipt, conversion or disbursement it reasonably believes is incomplete, unauthorized, fraudulent, prohibited or subject to a legal, regulatory, sanctions, provider or security restriction, and may be prohibited by law from explaining why.
Fees
Fees shown on this website summarize Vaultify’s standard terms. The fees in your signed agreement and Settlement Addendum control. Examples and calculators are illustrations only and exclude third party charges.
Privacy
Vaultify collects personal information needed to evaluate requests, meet legal obligations and provide services. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, custodians and authorities as required to deliver services or comply with law. Never send private keys, seed phrases or passwords to Vaultify by any channel.
