01 · What we do

Neutral hands for value that cannot be lost.

Four services, one compliance program and one client team. Vaultify never trades, invests or lends your assets. We receive them, account for them and release them on verified instructions.

IPaymaster and Settlement

Get paid through a neutral receiver.

02 · How a settlement moves

Four gates.
No shortcuts.

I

Review

Identity, beneficial ownership, sanctions and source of funds review before any value is accepted.

II

Receive

Value arrives at the designated wallet or account. A tranche counts only once it is confirmed to the agreed standard.

III

Record

Date, amount, asset, transaction ID and fees are written to your ledger. You can request a statement at any time.

IV

Release

Written instructions, an independent callback and a second approver. Only then does anything leave the vault.

03 · Who we serve

Built for situations where a mistake is permanent.

Large custodians are built for institutions. Online escrow is built for routine purchases. Vaultify is built for high value, personal and mixed asset situations.

  • Trading counterparties who need a neutral paymaster for trade payouts.
  • Families and family offices holding crypto alongside tangible heirlooms.
  • Collectors and dealers closing private sales of coins, documents and artifacts.
  • Attorneys, CPAs and advisors who need a documented neutral they can name.

The Hecate standard

Hecate was the keeper of keys and the guardian of thresholds. We hold the same post.

Our mark places her three faces at the center of a vault door because that is the job: watching every direction, admitting nothing that has not been verified.

Our story

04 · Controls

Security you can read in the agreement.

Our promises are written into every client agreement, not just into marketing.

01

No commingling

Client value is held separately from Vaultify operating funds, with a client level ledger reconciled daily.

02

Dual control

No single person can move client assets. Every release needs two authorized approvers.

03

Verified instructions

Instructions arrive in writing through an authenticated channel and are confirmed by callback to a number already on file.

04

Change cooling period

A new wallet or bank destination is re-verified and held for a cooling period before first use.

05

No yield, no trading

We do not invest, lend or rehypothecate client assets, and we never promise a return.

Questions

Before you call.

Is Vaultify a bank?

No. Vaultify is not a bank, trust company, broker dealer or investment adviser. Value held through Vaultify is not a bank deposit, is not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and earns no interest or yield. See Disclosures.

Which assets do you accept?

USDT and other approved digital assets, U.S. dollars, and historical and tangible assets including rare coins, manuscripts and documents, early Bitcoin artifacts, bullion and memorabilia. Our Risk and Compliance Committee approves each new asset type and jurisdiction before we accept it.

Do you arrange or guarantee trades?

No. Vaultify does not select, arrange, negotiate or guarantee any trade or transaction. We receive, record and release value only on verified written instructions, which is what keeps us neutral.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on the mandate and how quickly documents arrive. Identity and ownership documents for every party and entity, a clear record of where the funds or assets came from, and an introduction from a trusted advisor all help us move quickly. Nothing moves until your agreement and Settlement Addendum are signed.

Where are you located?
